These muscle warmer are the most comfortable, relaxing and versatile on the market. That is why our muscle warmer are washable and weight adjustable via the small Velcro opening. Because we don't use zippers, you can microwave the muscle warmer pillows - which will stay hot-warm for approximately 45 minutes for a wonderful heat treatment or put them into the freezer.

Muscle warmers are made from 100% washable cotton fabric and filled with almost 2.5# of flax seeds, incorporated with the scent of your choice. These muscle warmers are perfect for the lower back to relieve strained muscles, thigh muscles, shoulders and larger muscles of the body or over the "tummy" area to help alleviate menstrual cramps. Muscle warmers are approximately 11" wide and 7" tall.
